DP Mühendislik, Planlama ve İnşaat Ltd. Şti. founded by Deniz Peker, a civil Engineer MSc. with a professional experience of 30 years in 2016. .
Deniz Peker graduated from the civil engineering department of the Technical University of Istanbul in 1992. He also holds a post-graduate degree in the Geo-technique which he obtained from the same university in 1994. He worked professionally both in national and international projects until the end of 2009. The experience he gained are not only in the field of direct construction contracts but also consulting contrats. Therefore he has an extensive knowledge in the execution and supervision.
Between the years 1996 - 2000 he cooperated with the foreign consultants. Between 2002-2005 he was given Technical Office Manager position in a motorway construction works in Nigeria. Following Nigeria experience he worked as the company director in Poland and Romania.
Betwen the years 2005 - 2008, he worked as the Tecnical Manager of a Real Estate Development company. This was followed by his self-employment carreer through his own company PER İnşaat Ltd. Deniz Peker started to render project management and supervision services in with PER related to the construction of the industrial facilities.
Later in 2016, Deniz PEKER founded DNZ İnşaat then current company in 2019.
DP Mühendislik already completed a number of projects with a total GFA of 104.000 m2.

Relatively longer on the consulting side, he has extensive knowledge in the project management, due diligence, tendering process and contractla management. .
Over the past 15 years, he is much more concentracted on the industrial and commerial development projects.
